Do you accept refunds?

For sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.

Oh no! Product(s) in my order arrived damaged or leaked.
I do my very best to package securely to prevent damage and leaks, but once it's in transit, things can happen due to shipping handling, temperature fluctuations, etc. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so please contact us so we can make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact propagationparfums@gmail.com within 72 hours of marked delivery. Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for review or replacement.

Please provide:

• Your order number in the email subject line
• Provide clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged, leaking, or missing product(s)
  

What will my order look like?

I package orders carefully and try to make them feel special. Your decants will be securely packed, and I use protective packaging materials to help reduce the risk of damage or leaking in transit.

Scent strips may be included when available. Please note that packaging details may vary depending on bottle size, weather, and shipping needs.

Are you affiliated with the fragrance brands?

No. Propagation Parfums LLC is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any of the fragrance brands shown or mentioned on this site.

Any brand names, bottle images, product names, logos, or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the fragrance inside the decant.

Is this allowed?

Propagation Parfums LLC sells hand-decanted portions of genuine fragrances that were lawfully purchased. I do not claim ownership of any brand, fragrance formula, or trademark.

What if I have a reaction to a perfume?

Please use fragrance products with care. Perfumes may contain ingredients that can cause irritation, sensitivity, or allergic reactions in some individuals. Propagation Parfums LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other adverse effects related to product use.

If you have known sensitivities, please research the fragrance beforehand and review ingredient information with the original brand whenever possible. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and contact a medical professional if needed.

Are these real, authentic perfumes?

Yes. All decants sold by Propagation Parfums LLC are made from authentic, original fragrances that I personally purchased from the brand or an authorized retailer. I do not sell dupes, knockoffs, or inspired-by versions unless clearly stated otherwise.

Can I buy the full bottle?

No. Full-size bottles shown in product photos are for identification and reference only and are not included in the purchase unless explicitly stated. What you are purchasing is a hand-decanted sample size of the fragrance.

If you fall in love with a scent, I always encourage buying the full bottle directly from the brand or an authorized retailer.
